dbConstructor License Agreement
YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS LICENSE

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using, installing or distributing this software. Unless
you have a different license agreement signed by DB Developer Solutions
your use, distribution, or installation of dbConstructor indicates your
acceptance of this agreement ("License").

IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT OR AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL
OR USE THIS SOFTWARE!

The terms and conditions of this License describe the permitted
use and user(s) of each Licensed Copy of dbConstructor. For purposes
of this License, if you have a valid single-copy license, you have
the right to use a single "Licensed Copy" of dbConstructor; if you or
your organization has a valid multi-user license, then you or
your organization have/has the right to use up to a number of
"Licensed Copies" of dbConstructor equal to the number of copies
indicated in the documents issued by DB Developer Solutions when granting the
license.

SELECTION AND USE

This software, including documentation, and/or additional materials
(the "Software") is owned by DB Developer Solutions. This Agreement does not provide
you with title or ownership of Product, but only a right of limited use
as outlined in this license agreement.

All rights of any kind in dbConstructor which are not expressly granted
in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by
DB Developer Solutions. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse
engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works
based on dbConstructor, nor permit anyone else to do so. You may not
make access to dbConstructor available to others in connection with a
service bureau, application service provider, or similar
business, nor permit anyone else to do so.

Each Licensed Copy may be accessed through a network, provided
that you have purchased rights to use a Licensed Copy for each
workstation that will access dbConstructor through the network. For
instance, if 8 different workstations will access dbConstructor on the
network, you must purchase rights to use 8 Licensed Copies of
dbConstructor, regardless of whether the 8 workstations will access
dbConstructor at different times or concurrently.

You assume full responsibility for the selection of the Software to
achieve your intended results and for the installation, use and results
obtained from the Software.

LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS
TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE
PRODUCT PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING
OR ERROR CORRECTION. DB Developer Solutions AUTOMATISERING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE
FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT
THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

No oral or written information given shall create a warranty.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DB Developer Solutions AUTOMTISERING, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MAY HAVE
DISTRIBUTED THE SOFTWARE AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING
ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE
USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA
OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES
OR FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PRODUCTS), EVEN IF SUCH
HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
